Refund and Returns Policy

You can return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must include original packaging and accessories.
Non returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software, perishable goods, personal care items that have been opened, and final sale clearance items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Start a return through your account order history or contact our support team by phone at +971589323153. We will provide instructions and a return label if eligible. If you use our label the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange return the item and place a new order. Where stock allows we can process a like for like exchange.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery by phone or via the account portal with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Restocking fee

Opened items that are not defective may be subject to a 10 percent restocking fee.
